Stabilization Loans

Low-cost funding to mitigate the current and longer-term impacts of the COVID-19 crisis on your organization, your customers, and the communities you serve.

NeighborWorks Capital will begin providing Stabilization Loans, immediately-available working capital to help you get through this uncertain period. This financing solution will help stabilize your operating cash flow and liquidity, allow you some breathing room to plan and put new plans into action, and get you and your team through this challenging time and thrive on the other side.

With a limited supply of capital to fund these loans, we will only be accepting applications through December 31, 2020. We expect that this pool of money will be fully committed long before then, so please contact one of our Loan Officers right away.

Our goal is to take no more than 30 days from application to funding, so while the application form and materials  are not complex, it is vital that your application be complete to allow for the fastest processing and evaluation.

In addition to the information available here, we hosted information sessions on May 8th and 12th. If you missed those, we strongly encourage you to scroll down and click to watch one.
