Mutual Housing Association of Greater Hartford, Inc. (MHAGH) recently closed a $350,000 mezzanine loan with NeighborWorks Capital to purchase Brick Hollow Apartments, a 50-unit affordable apartment property in Hartford, CT. Brick Hollow was developed in 2006 as a LIHTC project, and this purchase will allow MHAGH to preserve the property’s affordability for current and future residents.
